Ever since Max arrived, I’ve had the hardest time eating lunch. It’s the craziest thing! I’ve never, ever been the type of person who forgets to eat. I never understood how someone could forget to eat. That’s why eat is the first part of this blog’s name!
Lately the clock will hit 3 in the afternoon and find that I’m starving. That’s when I remember that I haven’t actually sat down to eat lunch yet. Oh, I still eat, I just forget to sit down and eat a proper meal. I’ll snack on cookies, crackers, candy, and bread all day long. Hence my inability to lose a single pound of my baby weight. This also explains my ridiculously large grocery bill…
Life has just been so busy with 3 kids. Between dropping the kids off at school, breastfeeding Max, and working, I have zero time to prep food. That’s why I’ve been relying on frozen foods. For the most part I’ve been anything but impressed with my meals. Frozen foods just don’t usually compare to fresh. On top of that, I hate wasting the money on food that doesn’t taste amazing.

I’m ridiculously impressed with the flavor of these dishes! The single serve entrees are made with real, pure ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
Beef & broccoli with fried rice is my favorite dish at Chinese restaurants. Until finding Tai Pei, I hadn’t found a frozen beef & broccoli dish I liked. This one is so good and flavorful that I just might prefer it to going out to eat!
I especially like how easy it is to prepare Tai Pei single serve entrees. All you have to do is take the plastic off the top and put the entire thing in the microwave for 5 minutes. You don’t even have to add water.
I can’t tell you enough how impressed I am with the ease and the flavor of Tai Pei. It’s so easy to set up Max on the ground while I microwave the meal. Then I can sit down and play with him while I eat.
It feels so nice to finally find a quick, easy, and delicious meal that I love. With three meal options I get a little variety in my diet too.
As an ambassador with Tai Pei, I’ll be sharing a few more posts soon. Stay tuned to see what I think! If you can’t tell from this post how much I like Tai Pei, let the photo below speak for itself. And yes, I did eat the entire thing with chopsticks. Because I’m a ninja mom.
