Frozen Lemonade Trumps Regular Lemonade in the Summer

Frozen lemonade with a little booze is the perfect combination for a hot summer day, which we are sure to have a lot of here in Southwest Florida. I swear, it’s perpetual summer here. Not the fun kind, but the dripping sweat, “I need to be in a pool right now” kind of heat.

Tom was very impressed with this spiked frozen lemonade. I mean, really, who doesn’t love hard lemonade? What’s not to like? Tangy, refreshing taste- check. Booze- check.

How to Make a Healthy Spiked Lemonade

Okay, I know that booze isn’t exactly part of a healthy diet, but this recipe really isn’t too bad. Dare I say it’s even Whole 30? Maybe!

Here’s what makes them so healthy- No added sugar! The secret is the grapes. Yes, frozen grapes!

They are also pretty cheap to make because it’s made from real lemons. So go ahead and make yourself one of these drinks. It’s healthy. And cheap.  I promise.

You’re going to need my super cute printable too. I don’t know about you, but I can’t drink lemonade without thinking of this saying.

My boyfriend would love it. If it has vodka, it’s good. We rarely make cocktails these days, but this one sounds like an awesome idea for the summer.
    Thanks for sharing.
