Brio Tuscan Grill is offering amazing deals on seafood during their Seafood Celebration from now until June 17th. The special menu includes 3 cocktails, 4 lunch selections, and 3 dinner selections. No matter what you choose, you won’t be disappointed in the food or the prices!
Tom and I recently checked out the Seafood Celebration at Brio Tuscan Grill on our anniversary! It was so nice to enjoy a night out without the three boys. The ambiance was absolutely amazing. The lights on the patio are beautiful.
During our dinner, we overheard a couple next to us saying that Brio was the most affordable and delicious restaurant they’d been to in Naples when it came to seafood. I couldn’t agree more. The ambiance, the food, and the prices couldn’t have been better! And I know seafood. This Alabama girl grew up on fresh shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico.
I started my meal with a blackberry infused cosmo. I actually ended my meal with one too! You only get one 9 year anniversary, right?
We enjoyed the calamari fritto misto for our appetizer and couldn’t have agreed more that this was the most enjoyable calamari we’d had recently. I love calamari and order it almost everywhere I go, but this was the first place to offer two different dipping sauces. I really loved alternating between the two. I’m the type of person who gets bored with flavors easily so having several dipping sauces makes a big difference to me!
For the main course I had the Shrimp Mediterranean. I’m always hesitant to order shrimp because I’m very particular about my shrimp. Since I grew up eating fresh, local shrimp, I have a hard time eating it when I dine out at restaurants. I actually get pretty irate when it’s not fresh. And yes, it’s pretty easy to tell when you aren’t eating fresh seafood.
I have to tell you that this dish was easily the best shrimp I’ve had in ages. Even though I cook well, and love to cook shrimp, this dish blew me away. The shrimp was grilled with spices and served with orzo, farro, broccoli, asparagus, grape tomatoes, spinach, Feta, pesto vinaigrette.
Even though I tried to get Tom to eat seafood, he was in a steak mood. He got the gorgonzola steak medallions and didn’t regret it for a minute. That’s the great thing about Brio, you can get seafood, steak, or pasta. Really, they have something for everyone!
