Why is Florida Prepaid Giving this Away?
The goal of this scholarship program is to start conversations in households across the state about how to plan financially for college. Believe me when I say that these kind of conversations are so important to help ease the financial burden of education loans. We know firsthand which is why we are saving now for our boys.
This scholarship pays for Florida’s 2-year college plan that covers tuition and other specified fees for 60 lower division credit hours at a Florida college (28 of them to choose from). This can offer your child the opportunity to get a free associates degree!
The 2-Year Florida College Plan is one of 5 college plans you can purchase through Florida Prepaid. You can purchase it all at once, over 5 years or in monthly installments. We pay monthly.
Prepaid plans are available for purchase starting October 15th 2017 and ends February 18th 2018. Head here for more information and don’t forget to enter for one of 10 2-Year Florida College Plans! Best of luck!
