Having a baby isn’t cheap! That’s why it’s nice to be able to get free baby stuff. There are tons of companies that send free baby products to expectant moms, you just have to know where to look. How To Get Free Baby Stuff
Use Promo Codes from Magazines
Next time you are in the waiting room at the OB, pick up one of the magazines they have for new moms. You can usually find an American Baby magazine with an entire page of promo codes. Look for it in the middle or the very end.

Register at Multiple Stores
Don’t limit yourself to only one registry. Even worse, don’t do a registry online that pulls products from different stores until you’ve individually created a register for all three of the big ones listed below.
Amazon: Create an Amazon Baby Registry
Target: Create a registry at Target here and you get a welcome kit with $50 worth of product and coupons.
Walmart: Walmart gives you a free welcome box when you register.
Pro Tip: All stores offer a discount once your register is over. I “registered” for coffee and other things we needed on Amazon after my baby shower, then ordered them with a 15% off discount!

Get a Free Pump Through Insurance
Did you know that most insurances now covers breast pumps? That’s right! You can get a free breast pump with a doctor’s note. Here’s how to get your free breast pump:
- Contact your insurer and ask them for their breast pump policy.
- They will give you a list of manufacturers that they work with.
- Either buy an approved breast pump and submit the receipt to your insurance OR contact the breast pump supplier yourself.
You can contact Medela, Aeroflow, and Lansinoh yourself to get the process started.

The catch is that you still have to pay shipping. Hey, that’s not bad for free infant stuff! I have actually bought a few of these things and have only had to pay around $14 for shipping.
Make sure to be aware that the codes are for a certain amount of money. You can choose to apply that money towards a better version of the product if the company offers one.
