You aren’t technically allowed to bring your own food into the water park area, however when we visited we saw plenty of people breaking that rule. Pay attention to the vibe of the staff and then bring in your own food if they permit it.

There are plenty of complimentary daily events at Great Wolf Lodge, like story time, yoga tails, and seasonal activities. These activities provide a great way for kids of all ages to have fun without spending extra money. Check the resort’s schedule for free activities during your stay.
We were able to partake in trick or treating while we were there since we visited around Halloween.
6. Consider a Paw Pass, Pup Pass, or Wolf Pass
If your kids want to participate in extra activities like MagiQuest wands, arcade games, miniature golf, or ice cream treats, buying a pass in advance can save you money. These passes bundle several activities together at a discount compared to paying for each separately.
However, if you know you only want to do one or two of the added activities, see if only paying for those activities is a better deal than a pass . For example, on our last visit we did mini golf and the arcade. It was all the kids wanted to do and ended up being cheaper than the wolf pass.
7. Look for Room Upgrades at Check-In
When you arrive, ask about discounted room upgrades. Sometimes, Great Wolf Lodge offers upgrades to themed rooms or larger suites at a reduced cost, giving your whole family more space to enjoy.

Is Great Wolf Lodge Worth the Money?
As you know, I will always be 100% honest with you in my reviews. I would have to say that while my entire family had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge, I would have been disappointed financially if I had paid full price.
With so many great deals available throughout the year at Great Wolf Lodge, it is worth it to wait until you see a large discount to buy.
I will go back again and again, but I truly don’t think it is worth the full price when they offer such great deals!
