PreMama Review: Prenatal Vitamin Products

After going through three pregnancies I feel like I’ve tried almost every prenatal and postnatal product on the market. Check out my review of PreMama, a new brand of prenatal vitamins products.

Seriously, I’ve tried them all. Prenatal vitamin gummies? Tried those. Prenatal nutritional drinks? Those too. Morning sickness suckers? Mmmm hmmm.  Prenatal tea? Yup! Lactation cookies? Uh huh.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve tried so many different things. If you’re a regular reader you know that trying new things is one of my favorite past times.

So when PreMama asked if I’d try some of the new products in the PreMama line, I had to say yes.

Here are my thought on the products they sent.

PreMama Sleep Aid Chews

These chews are amazing! They have Magnesium and Vitamin D to promote restful sleep as well as  Potassium to alleviate muscle discomfort. I can feel a difference in my sleep on the nights that I don’t take this chew. It’s a safe way to get a good nights sleep and get a few more nutrients that me and Baby Max need.

I’ll be honest and let you know that they don’t taste super delicious. However, they don’t taste bad either. They are chocolate flavored chews that taste like chocolate flavored medicine. After several months of eating them before bed, I finally don’t mind the taste.

Prenatal Vitamin + DHA Gummy

I am probably not the best person to review gummy vitamins because I prefer to take my vitamins in pill form. I’ve yet to find gummy vitamins that I like.

These were no exception. The only thing that I did like about them compared to other vitamins is that they have extra iron which is something that I always need during my pregnancies. That is a huge bonus!

Prenatal Vitamin Drink Mix

I love this! Instead of taking a pill or eating a gummy, you mix the vitamins into any flavored drink. It may even help elevate morning sickness!

Once again, I’m a big fan of regular vitamins that you swallow, so this wasn’t a big hit with me. However, if I’d had this during my first trimester when I had morning sickness, it would have been a life changer! It’s definitely worth a try if you are suffering from morning sickness!

Overall, I’m a big fan of PreMama products. They offer even more products like fiber chews, lactation drinks, and prenatal energy drinks. Learn more about PreMama here. Don’t forget to get your 50% off coupon!
