Lover of all things Baja, especially fried fish salad
I am a little obsessed with all things Baja. I’m obsessed for two reasons: one being that I visited Cabo last year and took a cooking class where I learned how to make authentic Baja fish tacos. The second reason I’m obsessed is because all seafood caught in Alaska is sustainable. As someone who is concerned with her environmental footprint, this is a huge plus!
While I’ve been environmentally conscious since high school, I’ve recently become even more aware of the importance of eating sustainably caught seafood. Since I love seafood so much, I want to make sure I’m buying sustainably caught seafood so I can continue to enjoy it for many years to come. I don’t want to live in a world where we have no seafood due to overfishing. That’s why I love buying pollock!
Even better, I love buying the precooked fried pollock that only has to be heated up. I pan fry it for a few minutes then throw it on top of a prepackaged salad. As much as I’d love to make all of this from scratch- busy nights call for easy recipes like this!
Time for that recipe, right?
