The Walmart gift cards and information have been provided by P & G.
I usually spend my time writing posts about how I save money or how you can save money. This post is different. This time I’m asking you to part with your money and make a donation to The Children’s Miracle Network. If you can’t make a donation today, I understand. All I ask is that you read this post about The Children’s Miracle Network so that you can learn more about it and possibly think about donating to them in the future. If you take the time to learn more about CMNH you can enter to win a $25 gift card to Walmart at the end of this post!
Pampers and Walmart are joining forces to donate $200,000 to CMNH this June. If you want to help make the donation larger, please visit Walmart.com/cmnh.
While preparing for this post, I read many stories about children who have received amazing treatment through CMNH. One story in particular stuck with me. Here is Nathan’s story.
“Lively” and “energetic” can describe any young boy. But Nathan’s spirited demeanor comes from deep within and with help from his hospital, as he was born with a condition that depletes vital energy levels.
Just a few weeks before his first birthday, Nathan was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease, a degenerative disorder that attacks the mitochondria — a basic energy source to sustain the body’s functions and support growth. While his body may not always have the proper energy, Nate’s fun-loving personality triumphs.
With your help, we can continue to support kids like Nathan!
Next time you are buying diapers consider picking up some Pampers since a portion of their sales goes to support the CMNH. Learn more about the donation amounts here.
Do you have a story to share about CMNH? If so, I’d love to hear it!
