Spiced Apple Cider Mocktails

These spiced apple cider mocktails are perfect for your Halloween and fall themed get togethers. I can’t tell you how often I’ve served alcohol at parties only to find that many of my guests would have preferred a mocktail instead. I almost always entertain a few friends who are pregnant or trying to limit their alcohol intake.

Since it’s always hot during Halloween here, this cool mocktail is perfectly refreshing. Made with Canada Dry® Ginger Ale and spiced apple cider, it’s a great way to stay cool and hydrated while the kids trick or treat.

The cinnamon sugar rim just takes the notch up a little! I’m completely obsessed with rimming my glasses with cinnamon sugar. I’m doing with all my fall drinks: coffee, beer, and mocktails. Cinnamon sugar makes everything taste good.

To make the cinnamon sugar rim you need to combine ¼ cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon of nutmeg in a shallow dish or bowl.

Next you pour some syrup onto a paper towel.

Coat the rim of your glass with the syrup.

Next you gently dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixtures.

Voila! You’re ready to pour in your mocktail.

These little cans of Canada Dry Ginger Ale are the perfect sizes for my mocktail recipe. I use an entire can and then add a ¼ C. of spiced apple cider. I like to buy my apple cider already spiced.
