I am so excited for this St. Patrick’s Day craft this year because the holidays just keep getting more and more fun with the kids. This easy DIY pot of gold is so much fun that I’m officially adding green crafts and kid food to my green beer tradition.

It’s so easy. It literally took me and Robert less than a minute and a half. Now he asks to make one of these every single afternoon. Maybe I’ve created a crafting monster! I’m not the only one who enjoys making this little St. Patrick’s Day craft.

It’s so easy.

Materials needed for DIY Pot of Gold

  • tiny terra cotta pots
  • gold washi tape
  • shamrock stickers
  • glue- if stickers need a little extra help attaching to washi tape

Wrap the washi tape around the pot, secure with glue and a sticker. Then add your gold. We used Rollos.

Check out the video:

The end product is super cute. I think we are going to have leprechauns leave these out for the kids on St. Patrick’s Day.
